How do I place an order?
We’ve worked hard to make placing an order as easy as possible. Simply select one of our specially designed boxes, choose a gift, then personalize with your message and photos to create your minigiv, then tell us where to send it to, and you’re done!
What is the best image size to upload to minigiv for the best print quality?
The images print to be 7.2cm by 7.2cm, so make sure your image is square (aspect ratio 1:1). If you select a portrait or landscape image, you’ll need to crop it into a square on our builder. Unfortunately our builder doesn’t allow you to zoom in. If you are more technical, we recommend at least 600 by 600 pixels, at minimum 72 dpi, but no bigger than 1080 by 1080 pixels, or 300 dpi. If not, just connect to instagram - it’s fuss free :)
Can I send a minigiv without a gift inside?
minigiv comes with the full works: a greeting card, personal photos, personalised message, and a lovely gift! Add a gift to make it a complete experience :)
How is a minigiv packed?
All minigivs are packed individually and securely in neatly stuffed kraft boxes. Do note that ribbons you see in pictures are for styling purposes only, and are not included in a minigiv.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can only use one promo code during checkout. If you have more than one promo code, please choose the one you want to use at that time.
How do I enter a promo code?
You’ll see a “Have a promo code?” text link on the cart page. Click on it and enter your code. Violà!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards via PayPal. When you are redirected to the PayPal payment page, you will be presented with 2 options:
1 - Log in to pay with your registered paypal account
2 - Pay using credit card
Where do you ship from?
Each minigiv is lovingly printed, formatted, packaged, and shipped to your recipient from Singapore :)
What are my delivery options?
For local delivery we are using SingPost registered postage - $4 (3-5 working days) or if you would like to have it scheduled in advance, we go by ninjavan - $9.
Can I send all my minigivs to the same location?
Yes you can! If you have more than 1 minigiv, you’ll see the option “I want to send all my minigivs to the same address”. Tick the checkbox and we’ll get it all shipped to the address specified! Do note that the shipping fee will be adjusted accordingly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! International shipping rates apply. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
What’s the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order, and once it’s ready to ship (within 2 working days), you’ll receive another email notification updating you on your order status.
What if I need to change my order?
We process orders quickly. If your order has already gone to print, it may be too late but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. So please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible!
What is your return policy?
We strive to make giving and receiving our minigivs an experience. We guarantee the presentation and quality of our minigivs upon delivery and want you and your recipients to be satisfied. All sales are final, but if a gift we’ve sent does not meet those standards, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do all we can to make it right.
